VeritaMatrixLaboratory Intelligence Platform

See your whole lab on one screen.

VeritaMatrix shows how many samples each work step processed today against what your instruments can handle. Operators, instruments, stock, shifts and costs update as your team records its work.

Available in English, Turkish, Russian and Uzbek. Light and dark mode.

Seven dashboards, ready on day one

Each one filters by day, week, month or year. You choose which users can see which dashboard.

Package metrics

Throughput of every work step against the combined capacity of the instruments that serve it, broken down by shift. Find the bottleneck before the backlog builds.

Daily lab operations

Sample counts by package and shift, with a 30-point trend for each work step by day, week or month.

Personnel performance

Output per operator, ranked.

Device metrics

Status, utilisation and downtime for every instrument.

Shift summary

Attendance rate, absences and late arrivals by department.

Consumable management

Stock levels, usage and recent purchases.

Finance overview

Total spend in USD across general costs and consumable purchases, with the value of consumables actually used shown alongside.

Know which instruments can run tonight, and what you will run out of

Every instrument and consumable in the lab has one record, with its history attached.

  • Set samples-per-shift capacity for each instrument. Capacity feeds straight into the package dashboards.
  • Log maintenance, repairs and calibrations with documents attached, and see what is due next.
  • Record downtime, planned or breakdown, and the capacity it cost you.
  • Track reagents, CRMs and supplies by unit. Stock is used oldest-first and drops as work is assigned.
  • Get an alert when any item falls below its threshold.

The VeritaMatrix Telegram bot gives managers the dashboard numbers without opening a laptop.

  • Tap through menus for absences, late arrivals, low stock, calibrations due, instrument status and open alerts.
  • Request a sample trend and get it back as a chart.
  • Schedule reports to arrive at a set time, such as the start of each shift.
  • Answers come in each user's own language.

Plan shifts with people who are qualified for the work

Shift plans, attendance and qualifications live next to the work itself, so the dashboards know who was actually there.

  • Plan shifts per department on a calendar or timeline.
  • Record attendance in one click per person per day, with a note when needed.
  • Use the built-in attendance types or add your own, such as training days.
  • Keep a competency matrix: qualified, in training or not qualified, for every person and work step.

Questions labs ask us

What kind of laboratory is VeritaMatrix for?

Testing labs that run samples through repeatable steps on shared instruments, such as sample preparation, fire assay and instrumental analysis. Packages, work steps, equipment and shifts are all defined by you, so the workflow follows your methods.

Do we have to replace our LIMS?

No. VeritaMatrix covers the work on the lab floor: people, instruments, consumables and shifts. If you have a LIMS, it can send rocksheets to VeritaMatrix through an API.

Can each person see only what they need?

Yes. Access is set per user and per module, including which dashboards each person can open.
